Looking to get fit for the new year? Come join Piedmont Black Nurses Association, Bethel Enrichment Center, AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina , and Cabarrus Health Alliance for the Fitness Fusion. DJ Switchthagame and the Salisbury Line Dancers will work us out on the dance floor. Keeon Johnson and Desiree Gray will empower us to be our best selves, "One Rep At A Time". While Dr. Derrick Anderson and Dr. Rachel Goode conduct educational sessions to aid with leading healthy lifestyles. Lots of vendors and raffle prizes. Lots of fun for the entire family!
